We are a progressive group of Early Childhood and Management consultants, with a mission to support your Early Childhood Service in your quest for high quality education and care.

 

Our history spans over 60 years working in many different children’s services. This is why we can help you. We know how a children’s service works. We have all been educators working with children. We have all studied hard, and traveled a long and winding journey to gain a thorough understanding of young children, families and educators in the early childhood sector. ECQ early childhood consultants are committed to keeping well informed of the latest research, and developments in the world of early childhood

 

Julia Ham, Principal Consultant. 

 

Julia has a Masters in Early Childhood Education, Post grad in Special Education and initially trained as a Preschool Teacher with Waverley Kindergarten Teacher’s College. Julia completed her Company Director’s Course in 2019 and the Australian Advanced Women in Leadership Program in 2021. Julia is completing a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University.

Julia has been involved in Early Childhood and Care services for thirty five years. Teaching in many different type of education including long day care, preschool, mobiles, early intervention, primary and high schools. Julia is a sessional teacher/lecturer at CSU Wagga.
Julia and colleagues runs a successful consultancy business with particularly expertise in rural and regional areas.

This came about after project managing the building and implementation of programs of new Early Childhood and Care centres. ECQ Services have overseen the implementation of 37 new services.
