ECQ consultants are experts in the management of Early Childhood services. We have extensive experience working as educators, directors, managers, committee office bearers and mentors. ECQ consultants understand the complexities of managing a business and finding the delicate balance between quality education and care for young children, and ongoing financial viability. We have worked in the city, and the country, including with centres in very isolated and small rural communities.
Policies and procedures are a vital foundation for a quality service and a strength of ours. ECQ believes policies should be short and concise to ensure they are accessible and easily understood by educators, staff, families and community members. Procedures are involved breaking tasks down into little achievable tasks so directions can be followed by all.
ECQ knows that management should be linked to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). In this way all families, staff, government bodies and stakeholders can see the direction in which the service is heading. We specialise in readable and usable QIPS.
